Join us for our annual Family Friendly Australia Day in the Park celebrations. Held in conjuction with the Shire of Esperance's Community Citizens of the Year Celebrations. Our 2023 event is held on Thursday 26th January from 9am - 2.30pm. The RCE merry-go-round will operating during the event. We load the trailer with security fencing on Friday morning. On Saturday will will hook up the merry-go-round and trailer at 9am. This will allow sufficient time to drive up there, set up and test. We get a chance for a bite of lunch and a look around as well. The main attractions start at 1pm, but no doubt there will be kiddies that will want to have a spin before then.

Members & partners will operate the fish van to feed the contestants at the end of their rounds in the Golf Classic.

RCE will bring the fish van to the Esperance RSL and serve breakfast after the dawn service. A gold coin donation will be appreciated, with all money collected going to the Esperance RSL.

The RCE fish-van will provide fish & chips meals to golf players on completion of the Kevin Sharp Memorial golf tournament. The green fees will go towards the cost of the meals. The van will rock up after the dawn breakfast, with the meals expected to roll from around 5:30pm onward.
