Anzac Day Gunfire Breakfast- Thanked everyone who turned up to serve the breakfasts which was very well supported and raised a record $1200 being donated to the Esperance RSL Sub-branch.
Anzac Day Golf Event- A great group of supporters took part in the Kevin Sharpe Memorial golf day at EGC. Funds raised for the Club from this were approx. $1600. Thanks to all helpers.
Simpson Street Shed Extension Project- the project is finally under way with installation of the false wall being installed to allow ongoing use of our premises during the construction phase. Thanks to members disassembling the old mezzanine floor etc last week.
Marquee Transfer- Donation of the marquee to our Club has been formalised in writing from the Rotary Club of Esperance Bay President R Poot this week. Trailer registration transfer and insurance cover is still being formalised.
2023/24 Changeover Night- To be held on 19th June and our District Governor and husband have indicated they will attend. Watch this space!!
Golf Club Social Memberships- Reminded members to register and pay their $10 fee at the bar to comply with the rules.
A Staaden Memorial Service- Members were reminded the service is this Friday at EBYC 11am and urged to attend as Athol was a longstanding and respected club member. There will be no burial service as a cremation is planned.
