From the Floor:
Kaj – Phone Book - A sample of the new phone book was presented to the members tonight and Kaj noted that it looks great , the content is as up to date as it has ever been and thanked the members for their contribution in that regard also thanked the Board for giving him the go
ahead to tackle this project when many had questioned the relevance of a local phone book in this age.
It will be available in 1-2 weeks with it being advertised in the Paper and on Radio and available from Woolies, Dome and the 2 newsagents in town.
He thanked his team of JB, Steve, Rob and Graham and also noted we had great support from local business with some 100 advertisers buying spots in the book.
Graham Mackenzie – B4H- Advised that Neil, Rod and himself took a trailor load of bikes to the Norseman High School last Friday to continue their programme to engage students in the repair and ownership of these bikes. They where very appreciative of our contribution and Rod expanded on the character that is the Norseman Principal and their tour of the school.

Don started with raffle winner Hugh who was also last at the bar, some no badges and the money wheel winners Rod , Brett and John Gray .
The president was fined for a late start to the meeting and John Gray again for trying the old washer in the kettle donation trick.
He finished with happily fining Dockers supporters for another win.

David had a late call up to present to the meeting but gave a good run down on how the Port is going touching on how they are handling Covid
issues, some of the completed projects they have handled including major sealing of the Road infrastructure and upcoming projects in the pipeline. Some of these include Shed recladding, Berth 2 re-piling and updating their Digital systems.
He noted they turned over 14 million tonnes this year against a forecast of 15 million but said that grain tonnage was up and they expect that again next year.
David finished up by commenting on their community sponsorships and the processes for this have been updated as it is an important part of community involvement for the Port.
