Regionalisation Pilot Project- Kaj gave a brief overview of the pilot plan which will focus on the opportunities to be gained from forming a Regional Council in the Oceania area. It will attempt to bring together many local club resources and the unfilled needs of the Pacific Islander groups specifically, for better planned outcomes. If successful, it will be applied to other global regions.
It was suggested that we ask the District Governor to elaborate on the pilot scheme for the benefit of those present, next Tuesday.
