*ANNOUCMENT*
Rod & Steve S attended the Bay Club Christmas Dinner and it was annouced that they have donated their marquee to our club inc all needed accessories to go with it. Until the shed extensions are complete the only issue we have is storage.
New Year Fish van roster & Firework fence erection roster were passed around. Please contact Brad if you can assist on the fish van & contact Macka if you can assist with the erection of the fencing on the 29th December.
Thanks to Kaj for arranging the christmas dinner. It was an enjoyable night even if the tables are rigged. 
Thank you to Carla-Mia & Priscilla for decorating.

1000 recylable "Australian Flag handwavers" have been ordered for Aust Day
Walls for the marquees have been ordered
Carry bags for the large marquees are on their way
Huge response on facebook and on the website to our Australia Day, Christmas parade & new years events. Over 7000 people have been 'reached'
International/Bikes - G Mackenzie
Fireworks - as a part of assisting the other club with the fireworks we have been asked to provide labour to erect the fnecing on the 29th prior to the fireworks people arriving & to remove it on the 2nd. Please let me know if you're able to assist
Bikes -  Bike sale on Saturday raised $465
Nulsen School Bike Program - We built 4 bikes with 4 students who had to improve their attendance and participation in school. These bikes were presented to the students on the last Wednesday of school with all of the upper year students in attendance. The school would love to run the program again next year. Fantastic feedback from students & school

Breakers TDS basketball teams have been approached to run the drinks vans for Aust Day. Macka to confirm
Possibility of 2 shire works to assist with the erection of the marquee.
